Problem Note 35536: "Read Access Violation" error with PROC GMAP

NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
The problem is most likely to occur when using both the LEVELS= and MIDPOINTS=OLD options on the CHORO statement in PROC GMAP.
To circumvent the problem, use either the LEVELS= or the MIDPOINTS=OLD option, but not both, on the CHORO statement in PROC GMAP.
